Payments

Delivery Time

  • International: 20 to 60 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within up to 24 hours after payment confirmation. After this period, the order may already be in processing by the supplier.

Ekonex is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure events, or incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
